In hiring a personal injury law firm, the first question a person should ask is how long the law firm has been representing personal injury victims. Retaining a highly experienced personal injury law firm to represent your rights aggressively and efficiently is essential. Therefore, if the answer to the experience question is less than five years, that law firm should not be retained.
