Tamar Hoo-Pagan is an attorney associate, practicing in Personal Injury pre-litigation and litigation, as well as PIP law. Mrs. Hoo-Pagan graduated cum laude, earning her Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. While at St. Thomas School of Law, Mrs. Hoo-Pagan was a Dean’s List recipient, was awarded the CALI Book Award in Business Associations, and was a Judicial Intern for Judge Michele Towbin Singer for the 17th Judicial Circuit.
Mrs. Hoo-Pagan attended Florida A&M University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science degree. While attending college, Mrs. Hoo-Pagan served as the President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. After receiving her Bachelors, Mrs. Hoo-Pagan went on to earn her Masters of Applied Sciences in Public Administration degree, also graduating magna cum laude.
Mrs. Hoo-Pagan is a South Florida native with deeply rooted family values. Being from a large family, Mrs. Hoo-Pagan learned the importance of communicating effectively with conflict resolution, which she uses to provide the best legal representation for her clients and their families. Mrs. Hoo-Pagan approaches every situation with determination and perseverance, both essential to ensure her clients receive the compensation they deserve.
