Matthew Chiapperini heads our Lake Worth office, spearheading its tremendous growth and expansion. As manager of our pre-suit division, as well as litigation associate, Mr. Chiapperini represents victims of accidents in courts throughout Miami, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Mr. Chiapperini is a long time resident, having graduated high school and college in Palm Beach, and is proud to continue the fight for the rights of his hometown neighbors.
Mr. Chiapperini is a graduate of St. Thomas University’s School of Law, where he made the Dean’s List every semester, won the CALI Book Award for Professional Responsibility, was a Judicial Intern for Judge Michelle Towbin-Singer in Broward County, and graduated Cum Laude (at the top of his class). He also served as an Executive Board Member of the American Constitution Society.
Mr. Chiapperini attended Florida State University and is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political and Military Science. While attending college, he was a member of the Army ROTC program and was promoted to Company Commander with over 100 cadets under his supervision. Mr. Chiapperini proudly was a recipient of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Medal for Leadership, the National Sojourners Medal for Leadership and Patriotism, received a Battalion Gold Award for Academics, as well as the Battalion Silver Award for physical fitness. During his senior year, he was a staff advisor training freshman cadets.
Mr. Chiapperini has been a member of RTRLAW since law school. He not only brings a high level of intelligence to the firm having graduated law school at the top of his class; he most importantly lends his leadership, communication and organizational skills to complex legal cases. Having a military background is invaluable in representing victims of accident cases. Each case requires meticulous precision planning and preparation. Matt’s military leadership history and proven confidence has been impressively effective in building cases from beginning to end, ultimately winning cases. Mr. Chiapperini is a member of the Palm Beach Bar Association and an appointee to its Professionalism Committee as well as its Literacy Committee.
